You should NEVER skip breakfast ! Skip breakfast will get you later in the day.
I had start to eat breakfast but knowing how important it was to eat breakfast, did I start to train myself to eat breakfast.
You don't need to eat your breakfast, you can drink it as a smoothie. Do not make a smoothie based on only fruits. A smoothie can be with veggies together with fruits and if you can place a raw egg in it and you have a healthy breakfast.
When I was sick in my stomach did I only drink yoghurt and there is they who have healthy bacteria in them. The important is to start the body with a breakfast evven if it's not much.
If you are diabetic should you be careful with fruits, it is better to take berries.
LUNCH
Is for me the most important time to eat as it is much left of the day and we need to have energy.
I should suggest something with egg like a omelette and tuna + salat
Don't drink coffee or tea just after the meal as it drain you from the vitamins and minerals you just have eaten.
I start to with to fasting for one week. It means that I don't eat any solid food. I drink all my food and I am not in any diet. I drink without thinking about calories. If you feel for ice-cream, drink it with no chunk in it, the principle is to DRINK and not chew.
